Pretty Rubbish Delivery Terms and Conditions
These Delivery Terms and Conditions outline the terms under which we provide delivery services for Pretty Rubbish purchases made through our Website using Royal Mail. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Delivery Methods
1.1. We use Royal Mail as our primary delivery service provider. Delivery times and services are subject to Royal Mail’s operational procedures and policies.
1.2. The single available delivery option is a flat rate of £3.75. This covers 48 Hour Tracked delivery based on Royal Mail’s specifications at £3.39 for any package that is less than 45 cm x 35 cm x 16 cm in size and up to 2 kg in weight. A handling fee of 0.36p is applied for packaging material costs to bring the flat delivery fee total to £3.75.
2. Delivery Times
2.1. Estimated delivery times are based on Royal Mail’s guidelines. These times are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated (e.g., Special Delivery Guaranteed).
2.2. Orders take 3-5 days to be processed, and then once posted a further 48 hours to be delivered.
2.3. Delivery may be affected by public holidays, strikes, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.
3. Delivery Charges
3.1. Delivery charges are calculated based on the selected delivery option, order weight, and destination. These charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.
3.2. Free delivery may be offered on orders meeting specific criteria, as stated on our Website.
4. Delivery Address
4.1. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
4.2. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may charge additional fees for re-delivery.
5. Tracking and Proof of Delivery
5.1. Tracking is available for certain delivery options, as indicated at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
5.2. Royal Mail provides proof of delivery for some services. Please retain any delivery notifications or tracking details for your records.
6. Lost or Delayed Items
6.1. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow 5 additional working days before contacting us.
6.2. In the event of a lost parcel, we will liaise with Royal Mail to investigate. Claims for lost items may require up to 14 days to process.
6.3. Refunds or replacements for lost items will only be issued once Royal Mail confirms the parcel is lost.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
7.1. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with photos of the damage and the packaging.
7.2. For missing items, notify us within 5 days of receiving your delivery.
8. International Deliveries
8.1. We currently do not ship internationally.
9. Returns and Refunds
9.1. If you wish to return an item, please refer to our Returns Policy.
9.2. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item is faulty.
10. Changes to Delivery Terms
10.1. We reserve the right to update or modify these Delivery Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to orders placed after the changes take effect.
